Exotic Italian Smooch recipe (Mocktail)

It ts a very nice refreshing mock tail, sspecially for summers, It is a nice summer cooler.

Ingredients :

Lemon Chunks        :      6 Chunks
Brown Sugar           :      2 tsp
Ginger Syrup           :      10 ml
Ginger ale                 :      200 ml


Method   :

Bruise lemon chunks along with brown sugar and ginger syrup in old fashioned glass fill it with lots of crushed ice top it up with Ginger ale and garnish with lemon chunk

    Great to experiment of some addition of salt in it reason been only adding sugar doesnt imparts the notes needed for a indian palet!!
